Join Denise for a Sacred Sound Journey and Guided Meditation either at the studio or virtually from the comfort of your home. Come immerse yourself in the synergy of sacred sounds and guided meditation with crystal and Tibetan bowls, rhythm of drums, gongs and more. Give yourself the gift of relaxation and inner peace through the transformative power of sound. Connect with your body and spirit, quieting the mind and explore the beauty of your inner self. Denise is an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Sound Healer, Guided Mediation Facilitator and Reiki Master Teacher.  Please wear comfortable clothing. Cancellation Policy

Students must cancel a minimum of 90 minutes before class. There are no refunds for events, trainings or workshops or if a yoga class is booked as a single session. If a students uses a class card or membership to book a class and cancels within the 90 minutes then that class will be added back onto their class card or membership. If a student signs up for a class and does not show up for the class or cancel within the 90 minute cancelation window they loose that class. There are no monetary refunds for classes, events, trainings, workshops, class cards or memberships.
