Beginners/Intro to Yoga

BEGINNERS YOGA WORKSHOP If you or someone you know is curious about beginning a yoga practice or your have questions about your existing practice this is a great class to join. This will be a workshop style class that will break down some of the common poses used in a class, how to modify and create a solid foundation for students to build on. There will also be practice and discussion of breath, movement, meditation and Savasana (Rest)! This class is a great place to ask questions, share your experience with yoga and learn. Open to all levels including students with an existing yoga practice who want to get back to basics and tweak their practice.

There must be a minimum of 3 people signed up to hold class.
