Buti Yoga transforms your BODY + SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement + conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice that awakens the shatki energy and helps free the mind.
Instructed by Bobbie and includes a 75-minute Buti Yoga class with a tranquil Savasana and a complimentary beverage and light snacks after class. It's a great way to start your Saturday!
