Return to Self: The Seeker’s Path is a 108-hour immersive experience for those who feel called to go deeper—into their body, their breath, and their inner landscape—without the pressure or intention of becoming a teacher.
Rooted in the wisdom of yoga and gently guided through the lens of Ayurveda, this offering is designed for the student, the feeler, the one who knows there is more beneath the surface and is ready to explore it.
Through a blend of asana, breathwork, meditation, self-inquiry, and seasonal Ayurvedic practices, you will begin to understand your unique constitution, your patterns, and the subtle ways your body communicates with you. This journey invites you to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect with your natural rhythm.
You will explore:

Yoga as a personal, embodied practice—not a performance

Breath as a gateway to presence and regulation

Meditation as a tool for clarity, grounding, and awareness

Ayurveda as a guide for balance, nourishment, and daily living

The energetic and emotional layers held within the body
This experience is less about learning what to do and more about remembering who you are.

Softening the need to “get it right.”
Creating space for honesty, healing, and possibility.
You will be supported in a way that feels both grounding and expansive—held in community, yet deeply connected to your own individual path.
You don’t need to be advanced.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to want to teach.

And the willingness to meet yourself as you are.

General format (subject to change) -- 2026-27

1 ZOOM Welcome Call - 6 pm - 8 pm - 2 hours
-
6 Tuesday Zoom Sessions 6 - 7:30 pm - 9 Hours
-
9 Weekends (Sat/Sun) – 9:30 am – 2 pm - 72 Total Hours
-
Attend 10 yoga classes at the hosting studio, Transform at Amy Bourque Yoga -25 hours
-
If students live more than 45 minutes away from the studio then special accommodations can be made to achieve the 25 hours of classes​

Homework, Online Platform & Self Study - 15 hours (approximately 30 - 60 minutes a week)

Full Day Field Trip - 8 hours *Optional, but highly recommended!!

Access to the online Yoga Training Platform for assignments

Access to 10 yoga classes at the hosting studio that must be completed 1 week prior to graduation​

November 21, 22 - Weekend - 9 Hours

December 19, 20 - Weekend - 9 Hours
January 5th - Zoom - 1.5 Hours
January 9,10 - Weekend - 9 Hours
February 16th - Zoom - 1.5 Hours
February 20, 21 - Weekend - 9 Hours
March 9th - Zoom - 1.5 hours
March 13, 14 - Weekend - 9 Hours
April 6th- Zoom - 1.5 Hours
April 10, 11 - Weekend - 9 Hours
May 1, 2 - Weekend - 9 Hours

The tuition is as follows:
Total Tuition: $2600.00

Tuition Payment Options:
Option 1: Early Bird Discount Registration - $2,200 - to be paid in full before July 1, 2026 - Open to the first 5 students who enroll!
$200 due with application. Deposit is nonrefundable 7 days past the submission of application. Balance due in full by the early bird registration deadline.
Option 2: Pay in Full after the early bird registration date (July 1st) and before the start of the program (welcome call) - $2.300
$200 deposit due with application. Deposit is nonrefundable 7 days past the submission of application. Balance of due by the start of the program (welcome call).
Option 3: Payment plan - $2,600
$200 deposit due with application. Deposit is nonrefundable 7 days past the submission of application. Balance will be collected monthly in the amount of $300 a month (with the last payment being $300) throughout the training on or before the 5th of each month. First payment of $300 due by October 5th 2026and the final payment of $300 due by May 5th 2027
