Cancellation Policy
Sessions begin at the time of the scheduled appointment. If a client arrives late the session will still end at the scheduled time. For example, if a clients session is scheduled to start at 9 am for a 60 minute session, the session will end at 10 am regardless of if the client is late to the session. All sessions begin with a 5-10 minute conversation and end with a post session check in conversation. If a client needs to cancel a session, 48 hour notice is required
