To request a session, go through the booking system below.  Once you have requested an appointment, please wait for a final confirmation.  Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received an email from the practitioner stating your are confirmed.

Individual or group private yoga:

• Yoga Privates - 30 minutes $55 OR 60 minutes $85

• Small group sessions - Gather your friend, family or co-workers to experience a session of yoga with guided sound meditation infused with reiki.  Small group prices are discussed upon booking and based on number of people and length of class.

Yoga for Businesses:

• Want to give your employees a day of relaxation and the tools they can incorporate into the workday to stay calm, grounded, focused and balanced?  Schedule a wellness day or just a class right at your business location.  Your staff will thank you! 

• These sessions are scheduled upon a phone or zoom conversation about your business and staff to assure that the right services are delivered.  Prices vary depending on the location, duration and the number of staff members.

Preparing for a session:

• Arrive 5 or 10  minutes prior to your appointment time to get settled, use the restroom and fill out the client intake/waiver.

• Refrain from eating at least 1 -2 hours before your  session.

• Bring a yoga mat, water, and dress comfortable.  If you do not have a mat, we do have mats available at the studio.

Sessions begin at the time of the scheduled appointment.  If a students arrives late,  the session will still end at the scheduled time.  

For example, if a students session is scheduled to start at 9 am for a 60 minute session, the session will end at 10 am regardless of if the client is late to the session. 

All sessions begin with a 5-10 minute conversation and end with a post session check in conversation.  

If a client needs to cancel a session, 48 hour notice is required
