Real Men Do Yoga is a men-only class designed to meet men where they are, offering a practical, approachable, and powerful practice that supports real life. This class emphasizes: Strength & Mobility – Improve joint health, increase functional strength, and counteract stiffness from work, sports, and daily stress. Injury Prevention & Recovery – Support tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and lower back while enhancing long-term body awareness. Stress Management – Learn breathwork and movement techniques that calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and improve sleep. Mental Focus & Resilience – Build concentration, emotional regulation, and confidence through intentional movement and breath. Performance Support – Yoga enhances balance, coordination, and endurance—beneficial for athletics, work demands, and aging well. Expect a grounded, no-nonsense approach with clear instruction, strong postures, accessible modifications, and purposeful breathwork. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers tools you can use on and off the mat. No flexibility required. No experience needed. Cancellation Policy

Students must cancel a minimum of 90 minutes before class. There are no refunds for events, trainings or workshops or if a yoga class is booked as a single session. If a students uses a class card or membership to book a class and cancels within the 90 minutes then that class will be added back onto their class card or membership. If a student signs up for a class and does not show up for the class or cancel within the 90 minute cancelation window they loose that class. There are no monetary refunds for classes, events, trainings, workshops, class cards or memberships. I agree and understand the following: The practice of yoga has certain hazards and risks and by which it requires physical exertion that may cause physical injury. I am participating in classes or workshops at Transform at Amy Bourque Yoga and I am aware of the physical risks involved with exercise and understand it is my personal responsibility to consult with my doctor regarding my participation. I have no medical conditions that I am aware of, which would prevent me from taking part in classes or workshops, and I assume responsibility for any risk or injury I may sustain as a result of my participation. In case that instructors provide physical adjustments, I understand that I have the option to opt-out by letting my instructor know my wish not have physical adjustments. I hereby release, waive, discharge and hold harmless the institution, its owner, instructors, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any and all liabilities arising from any untoward incident in my participation to any class, workshop, and relevant sessions which may result to injury, loss, damage, or death. I understand that it is my responsibility to find a pace that suits me. I declare that I am over 18 years of age and fully capable in giving my consent.
